This is the magic of radio-controlled watches. The development of human civilisation has always been accompanied by the evolution of timekeeping tools, from sundials, water clocks, and hourglasses to mechanical watches, quartz watches, and now radio-controlled watches. The desire to grasp every minute and second has never ceased, and the ideal of pursuing smaller, more precise timekeepers has never changed. Before the mid-70s, mechanical watches held over 90% of the watch market share; by the early 80s, quartz watches occupied 2/3 of the market.

In 1995, CASIO launched its first radio-controlled watch in the German market, followed by the adoption of CASIO radio-controlled watches in Japan, North America, Europe, and other countries. CASIO's original large-capacity solar drive system can generate sufficient power even under dim fluorescent light to drive high-energy-consumption functions such as the stopwatch, alarm, backlight, sensors, and radio reception. While providing convenience, it also aligns with the environmental concepts advocated by CASIO, reducing the impact of battery replacement on the Earth's environment.

Tough Movement. Receiving precise time requires a precise movement to ensure the time is displayed correctly. The radio-controlled watches launched by CASIO this time also use the new 'Tough Movement', which effectively prevents damage to the movement caused by external impacts that could lead to time display errors. Regarding impact resistance, in the newly developed 'Tough Movement', CASIO has found the most precise combination of metal and resin materials, adopting a hybrid construction of lightweight resin and metal to significantly improve the movement's resistance to breakage, denting, and deformation during impacts, achieving unprecedented durability. The hand auto-correction function automatically checks for errors at 55 minutes and 0 seconds past the hour, automatically correcting the positions of the hour, minute, and second hands to ensure the time is displayed correctly.
