Biaoliruoyi will make every effort to ensure that the products you purchase are consistent with the prices published on the website; however, price lists and statements do not constitute an offer. Biaoliruoyi reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw in the event of obvious errors or stock shortages regarding products and orders displayed on its website. Biaoliruoyi reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and authority to purchase these products and are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in your order.

Price Changes and Stock Shortages

The price and availability of products are indicated on the website. Such information is subject to change at any time without notice. All product prices include VAT. Delivery charges are calculated separately and vary depending on the delivery method you choose. In the event of unforeseen circumstances after your order has been confirmed—such as price changes caused by supplier price increases or tax adjustments, or pricing errors on the website—you have the right to cancel your order, and we kindly ask that you notify the customer service department promptly via email or telephone.

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you have the right to cancel the order.

Courier Delivery

Biaoliruoyi has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Biaoliruoyi takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Conclusion of Contract

If you order products through our website, your order becomes an application or offer to purchase products. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, which sets out the details of the order. However, our approval and acceptance of your contract application only occurs when we send you a dispatch confirmation email notifying you that we have sent the products. If you order multiple products in one order and we only send you a dispatch confirmation email for some of them, the contract for that part of the products is only concluded when we send the dispatch confirmation email for the other products. When the goods you purchased leave the Biaoliruoyi warehouse, the ownership and risk of loss of the items are transferred to you.

Product Descriptions

The Biaoliruoyi watch store strives to make product descriptions as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that other content in product descriptions is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Biaoliruoyi is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the unused product to us.

Price

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will take one of the following measures:

(1) If the correct price of an item is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and deliver the item.

(2) If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before delivery.
