Can the strap be changed to a different material?
Worn for just over a year, the strap has already split with a very long tear and is about to break.
What should I do, do you cover this?
This product comes with a two-year warranty provided by JD. The following circumstances are not covered under the warranty: 1. Battery lifespan. 2. Normal wear and tear and ageing (such as: surface scratches; changes in colour and/or alterations to non-metal straps or bracelets (such as leather, textile and rubber); peeling of electroplating). 3. Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal use/abuse, carelessness, negligence, accidents (impacts, knocks, crushing, surface damage and others), incorrect use, or failure to follow the instructions for use provided by the brand. 4. Any kind of indirect loss, for example any indirect loss caused by the use of the brand watch or by defects and lack of precision in the brand watch; please refer to the specific provisions in the brand manual for details. After inspecting and accepting the goods, if there are quality issues or faults, upon presentation of a quality inspection certificate from the manufacturer's service centre or authorised repair point, you may enjoy returns and exchanges within 15 days (based on the delivery sign-off date on the waybill); however, returns will not be processed in the following circumstances: 1. Any damage to any part of the watch caused by abnormal use/abuse, carelessness, negligence, accidents (impacts, knocks, crushing, surface damage and others), incorrect use, or failure to follow the instructions for use provided by the brand. 2. The product and accessories (watch box, warranty card, etc.) are incomplete or damaged. 3. Any goods not sold by JD. To safeguard your interests, please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt; if you find the goods damaged during transit, you have the right to ask the delivery personnel to take back the goods for redelivery. Please check the appearance before signing for receipt, and refuse delivery if the appearance is damaged. If you sign for the goods, it shall be deemed as accepted. 4. Due to the special nature of timepieces, please retain the outer packaging, spare parts, manuals, warranty cards, invoices and other materials or documents in order to protect your lawful rights and interests.
