Can the case be opened to inspect the movement during inspection upon delivery?

Apart from the main hands moving, do the other three hands function the same as the genuine article? For instance, if the genuine one can time vehicle speeds, can this one do that? Also, for other watches with moonphase, do the moonphase displays change with time rather than just being fake stationary ornaments, because if they aren't real, anyone with a discerning eye can tell it's fake at a glance!!!
