When clicking on customer service, it shows no webpage. How should I place an order?
I would like a Rolex 116233G-O15O model with a 3135 movement, and the men's watch should have a transparent case back.
A remarkably good watch.
The watch is very good.
Are there any 116233G models with genuine original Swiss ETA2836 movements? This watch does not have an exhibition case back, so how can one tell if it is genuine or fake?
After receiving the item, you can take it to a watch repair shop and have a watchmaker inspect it.
If you are worried that the movement might not match the description, you can choose an exhibition-back model so you can see the movement without even removing the case back.
I would like to place an order.
Is the fit tight between the bezel and the dial?

Our consistency inside and out is definitely a guarantee of quality and our commitment, please rest assured
This watch is sold on many websites online with various prices. I always trust this one. The customer service is very professional and left me very satisfied. As an experienced internet user and a veteran watch enthusiast, I have to point out that many websites pass off rubbish watches as high quality, which is why their prices are so low. A genuine Swiss movement alone costs around 1000. Coupled with the cost of 18K gold plating, a price below around 2000 is simply impossible. Do not be fooled by the price.
Is a Rolex watch this cheap guaranteed in quality?
May I ask if the dial and bracelet of this watch are gold-plated or made of solid gold?
The customer service is truly exceptional. The invoice was missing, and without hesitation they reissued and sent it to me the very next day.
Even a second-hand one costs more than this. Is there a lifetime warranty?
Is the movement Swiss-made or assembled domestically? Which company is responsible for the overall assembly, and is there a detailed address?
Does a Rolex watch stop running if it is not worn?
May I ask if you can guarantee it has a Swiss movement and a gold case?
May I ask if scratches on a Rolex steel watch can be resolved through servicing?
May I ask if scratches on a Rolex steel watch can be resolved through servicing?
If a watch is running fast, can it be adjusted without opening the case back?
When you shake this Rolex watch hard a few times, the second hand pauses for a moment. Is this normal?
