One of the Three Reasons for Consistency Inside and Out - Highest Quality Control Standards
After-sales service has always been the most serious issue in the replica watch industry. 90% of watch enthusiasts have encountered after-sales problems: indifferent or even hostile attitudes. Even worse, websites shut down and sellers become unreachable.
When it comes to after-sales service, we never compromise and remain firmly committed to honouring our service pledges through action.
Before discussing after-sales service, we would like to particularly emphasise our consistent quality inspection, as this is the only effective way to minimise after-sales issues.
Staying true to our word, we have always regarded quality inspection as our lifeline.
Although we are confident that our quality inspection standards have surpassed 99% of our peers, human vision is limited and occasional minor details can be overlooked. Coupled with the bumps and jolts of long-distance transit, a speck of dust may occasionally reappear on the dial.
Watch enthusiasts spend thousands and buy from us based on our reputation for consistency. If they receive a piece with flaws, they naturally find it hard to accept and this may lead to unpleasant communication with online customer service, which is why I feel it is necessary to clarify these circumstances today.
1. Affected by the operating environment of replica watches, replica factories are unable to carry out rigorous quality inspections.
Manufacturing replica watch components without logos is not a violation; professional factories with advanced equipment can participate in this. However, assembling them into complete watches for sale, as done by N Factory or JF Factory, is a violation. Therefore, replicas are assembled, stored, and transported by underground factories, which are not as regulated, comprehensive, or scientific as legitimate brands.
Many minor flaws are considered entirely reasonable by the factories! Otherwise, why would they be shipped out to us as sales channels?
2. Our quality inspection is genuine, not a show; we publish elimination results in our Moments every day.
Quality inspections across different sales channels actually vary significantly.
You must have added many watch sellers, including professional malls, websites, and WeChat stores like ours, as well as individual micro-vendors posting advertisements directly in their Moments.
You should know that some sellers ship goods without any quality inspection at all. Many of them rely on suppliers for direct drop-shipping, or run the business as a couple, leaving them with no time for quality control.
If you encounter a seller with sloppy quality checks, by the time you receive the watch and notice scratches, loose movement screws, an unclean dial, or impure luminescence after a week of wear, the seller will no longer be able to exchange it with the factory, resulting in an unpleasant experience for both parties.
In contrast, we employ dedicated quality control personnel who meticulously inspect each watch under bright light, photograph and record flaw data, and publish them in our Moments. We ask: which other seller dares to persistently publish filtered flaw data from quality checks every single day?

3. Our quality inspection filters out 99% of minor flaws, but cannot satisfy fault-finding, overly critical customers.
We publish quality inspection reports daily, filtering out obvious flaws on top of the factory's own checks.
Subjective and debatable issues—such as whether the shade of colour, hour markers, font, or date window are perfectly aligned—are often completely acceptable within a tiny margin unless there is an abnormal tilt, and are therefore not filtered out during inspection.
We clean or replace items affected by dial dust, hair, or dirt before dispatching them. However, minor hidden scratches on the watch or slight abrasions on the case that do not affect the functionality or wearability of the timepiece are not filtered out. Otherwise, we would have to inspect 10 pieces just to find 1 flawless ones, especially since factories do not support cherry-picking.
Attached is our internal testing standard:

We are not afraid of competitors copying these guidelines because anyone can perform quality control; the key is having the sense of responsibility, manpower, and energy to do it consistently. 99% of peers cannot achieve this.
4. Please grant us the time needed to select a fine watch.
In truth, how we wish we could ship earlier.
Sometimes, the watches we send out are the result of three or four replacements. Even so, they still fail to gain the recognition and understanding of certain customers who only complain about why our shipping speed is so slow. Alternatively, perfectionist customers notice a tiny trace of glue on the strap stitching and begin criticising our work ethic, even doubting whether we conduct quality checks at all. After receiving the goods every evening, our quality inspection colleagues wind them one by one, adjust the time and date to conduct live accuracy tests, and stay busy until 12 o'clock at night. At noon the next day, they re-verify the timekeeping to confirm accuracy, carefully inspect the watch's exterior for flaws under bright light, test its functions, and run the movement on a testing machine. They remain busy all afternoon until packing, photographing, and sending dispatch notices in the evening.
You have been observing us for days or months, so why rush to receive the watch within a day or two? Everything we do is to ensure we are responsible to you.
5. Excellent after-sales service, returns and exchanges are available if there are any issues
In the unlikely event that you receive something with an issue, it can be resolved perfectly
Even if there is only a one percent chance of a minor flaw escaping our inspection, to the watch enthusiast receiving it, it feels like a 100% stroke of bad luck! There are also customers with exceptionally poor luck who run into issues with two watches in a row. If this genuinely happens, I will not hide it. It leaves me speechless, but this truly is not because we failed to inspect it; normally, this kind of thing happens in some uncommon area, or is caused by transit. For example, if a bracelet spring bar directly detaches during transit, or if the crystal shatters upon unboxing, would I really send it out having seen such issues beforehand?
Our after-sales policy is that everyone should inspect the watch themselves again for appearance and functionality upon receipt,Ifthere are any issues, provided the stickers have not been removed, the tags have not been cut off, and the bracelet protective film has not been peeled off, you can return it to the factory for a replacement of the exact same model, and we will cover the postage both ways。
This policy is also constantly stated upon dispatch and included inside the parcel!
However, however... some customers do not read anything at all, use the watch for half a month, and then come to customer service to report minor flaws that do not affect usage, some of which are very subjective. I really feel helpless; for an old watch, I cannot argue with the factory for a replacement and can only have it repaired.
Therefore, since watch enthusiasts love replica watches and have chosen consistency inside and out, please approach this industry rationally and show understanding and tolerance towards us. Finally, please carry out a thorough quality check yourself upon receiving the goods. Do not say things like you trust us completely, as many issues arise from sources I cannot figure out. Take a look at the product reviews for any mechanical watch on e-commerce platforms like JD.com or Tmall; do they not also have piles of issues?
This is what a mechanical watch is; mechanical watches are just like this. There are many unanswerable, strange issues. Be tolerant, be understanding, and I think these do not affect our passion for replica watches
Finally, attached is the internal inspection process of Biaoliruyi:Many peers like to copy our pictures and information, but service is hard to copy; this requires a team and a sense of responsibility
