The case diameter is39.5millimetres, with both the case and crown crafted from950platinum, featuring clean-cut950platinum dials treated with sandblasting, and between the4between the5position markers, it is engraved with the refined “PT 950” hallmark. The centre of the dial displays hours, minutes, and seconds, and is equipped with a pointer-type power reserve along with day and date indicators. The dark blue Mississippi alligator leather strap is hand-stitched by950platinum thread. Due to the extreme ductility of this precious metal, just1grams can be drawn into nearly2kilometres of length, allowing it to be used alongside silk thread to stitch the strap. The folding clasp is also made of950platinum.

The watch is powered by an automatic mechanical movement developed and manufactured by Vacheron Constantin, namely the2474movement, featuring signature fine watchmaking finishes: Côtes de Genève, bevelled edges, rhodium-plated bridges, and circular-grained mainplate. Since then, Vacheron Constantin has been committed to perfecting this ingenious and practical “ world time ” mechanism. This watch is equipped with an automatic mechanical movement developed and manufactured by Vacheron Constantin, featuring a unique function that can display37time zones, including those with a half-hour or fifteen-minute offset from Coordinated Universal Time  (UTC) offset. Furthermore, the world map in the centre of the dial indicates day and night, with all displays easily adjustable via a single crown. Vacheron Constantin has officially filed a patent for this unique movement.
