To celebrate this innate and perfect union of precision mechanics and precious materials, Vacheron Constantin2006launched the Collection Excellence Platine, designed specifically for fine watch collectors. This year, Vacheron Constantin has created the newMalteMalte Tourbillon Collection Excellence Platine, once again reinterpreting the extraordinary tourbillon mechanism.

      MalteThe case of the Malte Tourbillon Collection Excellence Platine is crafted from950platinum and measures38 x 48.24mm. The clean and crisp950platinum dial is sandblasted,4between the5o'clock and“PT 950”o'clock positions, featuring a finely engraved hallmark, and is paired with white gold Roman numerals and hour markers. The tourbillon with seconds hand is perfectly positioned, blending seamlessly with theMalteexquisite lines of the Malte collection. The tourbillon is located at the6o'clock position, while the hour and minute hands feature a slightly off-centre design, making them stand out on the dial.950The dark blue Mississippiensis alligator leather strap, secured by a platinum folding clasp, features saddle-stitching and is hand-stitched with950platinum thread, radiating a flawless and captivating lustre. This timepiece is limited to50pieces, each with an individual product number.

    This exceptional timepiece is a perfect tribute by Vacheron Constantin to the Métiers d'Art. Featuring entirely hand-crafted invisible setting, the watch is adorned with a total of 418 baguette-cut diamonds (weighing approximately 19.6 carats), reflecting a brilliant radiance of time.

    If Vacheron Constantin's achievements in watchmaking required further proof, the Patrimony Traditionnelle High Jewellery small model would undoubtedly be the perfect representative of this enduring quality. The 30 mm diameter case radiates brilliance, while the dial is set with baguette-cut diamonds weighing 10.6 carats using a claw-setting technique, their shimmering light turning time into eternity. The same model is available with 40 mm and 35 mm dials, all equipped with mechanical movements.
