This test is an evolution of Jaeger-LeCoultre's renowned 1000-hour test, incorporating all aspects of the official Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) evaluations. Overall, this test is designed to verify the water resistance and shock resistance of the watch, as well as ensuring that the avant-garde escapement functions properly and keeps accurate time.
