The function selector integrated into the crown of the Master Compressor Extreme LAB 2 watch is easy to operate. Featuring a patented digital chronograph jump minute display, manual stop-seconds, radial power reserve display, and dual time zone display, the time can be read at a glance. The movement is housed in a light yet robust TiVan15 titanium-vanadium alloy case equipped with a high-tech scratch-resistant ceramic bezel. The specially designed push-pieces are covered with large grooved rubber pads for more comfortable handling and better crown protection. The case back features a quick strap-change device. The new double-pin buckle allows easy adjustment of the strap length, ensuring the strap fits your wrist perfectly.

To ensure the normal operation of all watch functions under any conditions, the watchmakers developed a function selector and an independent stop-seconds device.

Function Selector

        The push-piece built into the crown activates the function selector to adjust various functions directly without carefully pulling out the crown. Once the function is selected, turning the crown allows the corresponding adjustment. When the function selector rests in its “ neutral ” position (neutre), the crown winds the mainspring barrel. With a simple press, you can adjust the second time zone and date. Another light press switches the crown to main time zone adjustment mode. Pressing it once more returns the function selector to its neutral position.

        This design eliminates the need to pull out the crown or use traditional compression key systems, ensuring unparalleled water resistance.

Stop-Seconds Device

 

        When adjusting the time, the second hand continues to run, ensuring the watch's precision remains unaffected. For precise time setting, simply press the slider on the left side of the case. Through a combination of sliding and pressure, the second hand will stop; once the slider is released, it resumes movement. This operation consists of two steps: sliding and pressing,which helps to minimise the risk of accidentally starting the second hand.

Strap exchange system

        Born from an innovative concept, the new strap exchange system is controlled by a lever on the case back. The rotating mechanism allows for greater freedom in connecting the strap to the case,making strap changes easier. The double-sided alligator leather strap ensures a secure fit and is perfectly ergonomic, while the double-pin safety buckle offers two positions between each notch for more precise length adjustment.
