What should I do if my watch keeps stopping?
In fact, not all instances of a luxury watch stopping are caused by a fault; there are many other non-fault-related reasons that can lead to this phenomenon. So, how should we resolve this issue?

Methods for handling a watch that keeps stopping
The timekeeping accuracy of a mechanical watch can be affected by external environmental conditions, particularly the mainspring being fully or partially wound, external impacts, vibrations, or magnetisation, as well as temperature fluctuations. Most automatic mechanical watches feature bidirectional winding, so you need not worry about the rotor's direction as it winds in both. Stopping can occur for two reasons: firstly, it may have run out of power. Even with an automatic watch, you are required to move your arm daily (for at least 8 hours); if it is not being worn while you sleep, it will not be winding, and the power reserve will naturally deplete, causing it to stop. Once you move your arm, it will automatically wind and start running again.
If you have not worn the watch for a long time, the lubricant may have thickened; simply have a watchmaker lubricate your mechanical watch. Mechanical watches require a major service approximately every 5 years. I suspect your watch may have the second issue; if it has suffered accidental knocks in daily life, have a professional take a look. Under normal circumstances, minor deviations are expected, and as long as it is not a case of a luxury watch frequently stopping, there is generally no cause for concern.
Under normal wearing conditions, if a watch runs fast by a few seconds one day and slow by a few seconds the next, it may be that the movement lubricant has deteriorated and requires cleaning, or the luxury watch has become magnetised. It is worth noting that whether it is a chronometer or a tourbillon, all mechanical watches have a degree of error. Their advantage over standard watches lies in their stability under normal wearing conditions, generally achieving a daily variance of less than 1 seconds. It is a common misconception among enthusiasts to pursue absolute perfection at the expense of stability, which is not recommended.
Luxury Watch Care Precautions
1. Do not use the watch in hot baths, saunas, or environments with significant temperature fluctuations (including water-resistant watches).
2. Do not operate the watch buttons or adjust the crown while underwater.
3. Please keep the watch away from magnetic fields and avoid prolonged proximity to electrical appliances, mobile phones, and magnets.
4. Under no circumstances should you disassemble the watch.
5. Please clean the bracelet and case regularly; if it has a leather strap, avoid contact with water, moisture, and cosmetics, and keep it out of direct sunlight.
