How to set the time on a Tissot PRC200?
The dial design of the Tissot PRC200 series with its precision movement is a perfect expression of Tissot's basketball philosophy! The two perfect arcs on the dial closely resemble those of a basketball, bringing a basketball watch straight to your wrist. So, how do you adjust the date and time on a Tissot PRC200?
Method for setting the date and time on a Tissot PRC200
Adjusting the time
When setting the time, if high precision is required, wait for the seconds hand to reach 12, pull the crown out to the second click position (the seconds hand will stop), and turn the crown clockwise or anticlockwise to position the hour and minute hands. Once the hands match the reference time (using a television or radio as a guide), push the crown back to its normal position.
Adjusting the calendar
Pull the crown out to the first click position and turn it clockwise (or anticlockwise if there is no day display) to adjust the date.
Adjusting a day-date watch
Pull the crown out to the first click position, turn it anticlockwise to adjust the day, and turn it clockwise to adjust the date.
