Like most men, I have been fascinated by various machinery, watches, and cameras since childhood. Later, as I gradually started working, the desire to look for a mechanical watch became increasingly strong. Moreover, the days of holding money while waiting to buy are always happy, and various watch styles were slowly considered in my heart, but I happened to take a fancy to this PO8500.
Actually, choosing this Seamaster was also early on influenced by the 007 movie. The Seamaster worn by Bond in the film is damn handsome, and thinking that I could wear one too would be pretty cool. Besides, the value for money of this Seamaster is also very high. Among diving watches, the more famous ones are the Deepsea, Submariner, and Fifty Fathoms. Others like Longines' Conquest and TAG Heuer's Aquaracer are also good, but I personally prefer the configuration and heavy texture of the Seamaster, coupled with the rare exhibition case back design found in diving watches, which ultimately made it my final choice. (Of course, the budget was also limited, haha, if there's a chance, I'll still get a Submariner)
Choosing the orange markings was also because I am not mature enough yet and feared I wouldn't be able to pull it off, and the orange markings also appear a bit more lively. When buying, I held a casual attitude and asked, and it turned out they had stock, so I placed an order immediately and it arrived the next day. I am quite satisfied with the efficiency and service. Furthermore, the steel bracelet model is also the primary choice for this watch, as I am afraid of the heat and sweat easily, making a steel bracelet the best match for summer. Below is a wrist shot, the photo is average, please bear with it haha.
