I didn't know whether the watch would work well when I bought it, so I hadn't left a review until now. After receiving the serviced watch, it suddenly struck me how pretty it was, so let me finish writing this review! I had worn the watch for half a year when the clasp loosened once, so I sent it to you for repair. Your turnaround was very fast and the repair was done with great care. You can tell that you paid attention to more than just the clasp, as you even noticed other parts of the watch (it looks much cleaner than before). This kind of service is really good, thank you!

Our reply: Hello, thank you for your satisfaction and support. We will continue to provide you with even better service as always. Wishing you a pleasant life.

Is there nationwide warranty? Do you offer cash on delivery?

Our reply: Hello, all products on our site use Swiss components, assembled in Hong Kong, commonly known as Hong Kong grey market goods. Products sold in our store do not support nationwide warranty, which is also one of the differences between grey market goods and genuine items. Our site supports various transaction methods including cash on delivery, Alipay (Taobao), and online banking transfers.

The seller's logistics speed is fine, the watch is precise and bold, and it wears comfortably without discomfort. Quality can only be judged after wearing it, but overall I am very satisfied.
