Our reply: It is recommended not to remove the protective film after signing for the package, and do not resize the bracelet (do not try on leather strap watches to avoid deforming the leather strap). Simply observe it for 3-6 hours to determine if there are any issues. If the steel bracelet has already been resized, the leather strap deformed, or there are marks on the appearance which affect secondary sales, it cannot be returned to the manufacturer. "I don't like it" and "it doesn't suit me" are not accepted as reasons for returns or exchanges; please make sure of the style before placing your order.
