How to verify the authenticity of Movado watches
Movado is a famous Swiss watch brand, and its unique aesthetic and timeless design have made Movado timepieces world-renowned. However, there are also many replica Movado watches on the market. Below, Watch Home introduces some methods for identifying the authenticity of Movado watches.

To obtain high profits, counterfeiters often imitate the trademark and external parts of genuine Movado watches, making them look identical. At a glance, they may seem flawless, even including complete packaging, manuals, and production certificates. However, a closer look will reveal that the logos on replicas are relatively blurred and of poor quality, far from the genuine article. Genuine watch brand logos have clear lettering and high quality.
The craftsmanship of the dial and hands is the most telling factor. The hands of replica watches are rarely well-made; for example, the tail of the hand may sag, the hand may not be flat, the finish may lack lustre, and the edges of the hands may not be clearly defined.
When purchasing a Movado watch, you should check the seller's inspection certificate and verify whether the number on the laser anti-counterfeiting label is included in the numbers listed on the certificate.
Some replica watches with day and date displays have the following characteristics: looking through the calendar window, the outer edge of the calendar disc tilts backwards, or the calendar disc is made of plastic. The day disc displays the day in Chinese (except for Japanese watches) or has the English day on the right and a number on the left.
