How to verify the authenticity of a Blancpain watch

1. Inspect the caseback stickers

    Check the factory label on the case back. Usually, labels on prestigious watches feature the brand logo and the watch model number. Some watch case back labels also include laser anti-counterfeiting marks.

2. Identify via serial numbers and hallmarks

    Every Blancpain timepiece is personally inspected, numbered, and signed by a watchmaker; the strictness of its quality control remains unchanged from years ago. For instance, a minute repeater is a perfect combination of horological knowledge and acoustic application: every chime for the hour, quarter, and minute relies on two tiny hammers producing different vibrations and tones.
