Purchased a watch I've liked for a long time during Double Eleven, received it in 3 days, very lovely. Also bought a leather strap which I really like. The only flaw is that it didn't come with tools to change the strap or remove links from the steel bracelet. Spoke with the boss, who promised to send a link-removal tool separately. I hope the boss can include strap-changing tools for customers who buy two straps in the future, that would be even better. Still, the watch is quite nice and the boss is very easy to talk to.
