　　Omega water-resistant watches began in 1932. The Seamaster name was adopted in 1947. Until the 60s, the style of the Seamaster was similar to traditional dress watches (such as the Omega De Ville). From the 70s onwards, Omega began injecting more sporty and fashionable elements into the Seamaster.
