The rack-and-pinion linkage allows the two racks located at the 12 o'clock position to slide along the central axis between 9 and 3 o'clock. Through the dial, the watch's precision movement and the rack-driven 10-day power reserve are clearly visible. The adjustment mechanism at the 7 o'clock position is powered by the manual-winding skeleton movement, with a small seconds hand at its side, perfecting the entire 'building block' structure.
