We are honest in our pricing, clearly marking items at a rate proportional to their cost; you get exactly what you pay for.

Watch photographs can look identical, and can even be digitally enhanced to look beautiful. However, images cannot verify the quality of a watch. Online, you only see the picture, not the quality, so please do not compare quality and price based on images alone. We promise that the product images uploaded are taken from the actual items. If you find that the goods received do not match the website descriptions or images, you may apply for a return or exchange directly.

Discrepancy between order price and our listed sale or promotional price

Due to the urgency of editing promotional periods, some prices for promotional items may have been missed. If the price of your order placed during a promotion differs from the promotional or sale price, you may contact our customer service team directly.

(1) Customer service will update your order to the correct sale or promotional price;

(2) If your order has already been dispatched and the price paid is higher than our sale or promotional price, we will arrange for the courier company to adjust it to our set sale or promotional price;

(3) If your order has already been dispatched and the price paid is lower than our sale or promotional price, this is entirely our oversight; you may simply accept the delivery, and we will bear the loss in price.
