Judging by the pictures, the watch looks very well made, but some specifications are missing, such as the thickness, power reserve, daily timekeeping error, and the functions of the hands other than the three standard hour, minute and second hands. I hope these can be provided.

Our reply: Hello, the thickness is the same as the genuine watch, the power reserve is generally around 24 hours, and the timekeeping error is around 10-20S. For the chronograph functions, please contact customer service for a detailed explanation.

Ordered on behalf of a friend. At first I didn't know how to use it, and the watch had a phenomenon of intermittent stopping. Later, after consulting customer service, the watch hands movement became normal, and currently no issues have been found.

Our reply: Dear, this model you bought is a mechanical watch. Automatic mechanical watches need to be manually wound fully upon first wear by rotating the crown clockwise for 30 turns. Afterwards, maintain a wearing time of more than 8 hours every day, and the watch will be able to automatically replenish its energy and run normally. If the wearing time is relatively short or the power reserve is insufficient, the phenomenon of the watch running slow or stopping may occur. You only need to manually rotate the crown to wind the mainspring fully.
