After-sales process

1. Contact our customer service team. We will perform a preliminary assessment of the issue, and then provide you with our address and shipping instructions so you can mail the watch to us. (We generally ask customers to include a note describing the fault).

2. The recipient is our master technician with 20 years of experience in watch repair. They will first inspect every watch received, combine this with the customer's feedback, and then send each watch to the appropriate manufacturer for repair.

3. Once the manufacturer has completed the repair, the watch is sent back to our technician for a final round of testing, as we must ensure the quality of every repair.

4. Finally, our customer service team will confirm your address and ship the repaired watch back to you.

We are committed to ensuring repair quality; sometimes we would rather take extra time to test a watch than irresponsibly return a watch that has not been properly repaired.
