What is the Xiaoya Watch Column?

Hi, I'm Xiaoya.

I believe every customer who consults with us online knows me. Whether it is pre-sales or after-sales, you will often encounter me because I am responsible for overall customer service. I am very happy to assist or meet every online customer.

I come into contact with a huge variety of watch types and styles every day. Usually, I am the first to know about new releases, and through repair feedback, I can summarise which watches have the most robust quality and are most worth recommending to customers. Therefore, the store manager suggested starting this column: Xiaoya Watch Column.

The purpose is to let customers discover the latest styles, promotions, and recommendations through my unique role. At the same time, I will try to include real-life photos to show you how they look when worn.

*Customer service is a very challenging job. Setting aside pre-sales consultations, after-sales alone is full of challenges. When customers receive products that are sent incorrectly, missing items, damaged, or have quality issues, they all need to be resolved patiently. I must maintain a positive, pleasant, and upbeat attitude. Dealing with a large number of customers with different personalities and needs every day, and facing all kinds of tedious, trivial, and even unreasonable requests, I must work patiently with my customer service colleagues to resolve them.
