FAQ: Why is this watch more expensive than others?

Our prices are genuinely reasonable; for the same model and quality, others will certainly be more expensive than us500-1000.

Because we are located in the Zhanxi Watch City in Guangzhou, we have a significant advantage in terms of supply and pricing. It is impossible for others to be cheaper than us; in fact, many online shops and micro-merchants source their stock from us.

Some websites and micro-merchants have lower prices than us, but they certainly do not offer our level of quality. Their watches break within days, and the cases will fade.

They claim to use Swiss movements and boast about high quality, but in reality, they are cheap items worth only one or two hundred yuan. They are obviously fake and can be identified as replicas at a glance. Many even use stock photos to deceive people, and the watch received is completely different from the pictures. Some things really cannot be distinguished by the naked eye.

You surely have friends who sell via WeChat, right? They all started on a whim, full of enthusiasm, thinking they could make money through social commerce, simply forwarding pictures. But as you know, nine times out of ten it is just a part-time gig for them.

Without even seeing the physical item, they boldly claim how high the accuracy is and how good the quality is, which I think is complete nonsense. Let alone getting repairs done if something goes wrong—you will not even be able to find them.

Even with the same movement, there is a distinction between brand new and secondhand, and whether it has been repaired. Fixing a movement and polishing the case to sell it as a new watch results in a very high failure rate. All problematic watches are returned directly to the manufacturer, and we never resell them.

Because like you, we are customers to the manufacturers; no one likes secondhand goods, and we certainly do not want to take the risk of offending customers and ruining our reputation. Our website has been operating for nearly ten years, and a business cannot survive without credibility.

Some things really cannot be compared by price. Or perhaps people just have not seen anything better. I can only say they offer value for money, and individual needs differ.

I would also like to add that Biao Li Ru Yi's prices are all right, neither too expensive nor the cheapest, and I can say this quite fairly. But surely people cannot expect them to sell to you at cost price and not make a single penny? It is just like the difference between JD.com and Taobao; JD.com is more expensive than Taobao, but at least I feel JD.com offers a guarantee.
Besides, everything has to be calculated based on their cost price, which is hardly fair, is it? Vegetables cost a few yuan per catty in the market, but restaurants sell them for dozens of yuan a plate, because you cannot just look at the cost price. Everyone understands this logic, don't they?

Having collected watches for so long, I have a good grasp of the replica watch industry. Eight or nine out of ten sellers are rip-offs, and there is basically no after-sales service to speak of.
Before buying watches from Biao Li Ru Yi, once a watch broke it was beyond saving; I could not find the seller to repair it, and local repair shops could not fix it either, which was bloody annoying. I have seen Biao Li Ru Yi's quality and after-sales service for myself, and they are absolutely fine. They have helped me repair most of the watches I did not buy from their shop, and it was even free.

I looked at several shops when buying. Although it wasn't the cheapest, I felt at the time that it was at least the most reliable and professional, so I finally chose here. I've been wearing it for a while before leaving a review, it's very accurate, has no colour difference, looks very classy, I love it, and it really is quite good.
