Generally, the repair time is7-15working days. For special repair cases, the time may be shorter or longer.

We have a complete after-sales repair process. Once the watch is returned to the factory for repair, it is sent back to our watchmaker for a final round of testing.

We are committed to ensuring the quality of every repair. Sometimes we would rather take extra time to test the watch than irresponsibly send you back a watch that has not been properly repaired.
