FAQ: Is there a Taobao link? Why don't you sell on Taobao?

Watch Buying GuidePublished 2015-05-20

We currently do not support transactions via Taobao. Taobao frequently cracks down heavily and closes shops, making it impossible to keep up. This type of watch is not suitable for sale on Taobao.

Buying on Taobao is not necessarily safe, and if a dispute arises, you cannot get a refund. Look closely: nowadays, those buying this type of watch on Taobao must do so via custom product listings, which do not support the seven-day return policy, leaving buyers with no recourse.

Besides, your shop could be shut down tomorrow, leaving you unable to contact anyone. Our website has been running for almost10years, and you can always reach us.

I received the watch and wore it for a while before leaving a review. Although there is no Taobao, the shop's service and integrity are still very good. When I first bought from here myself, I was also quite worried about whether it might be a scam and also worried about the watch quality, but it ultimately proved that the shop is trustworthy. Overall, the watch is also quite good.

Why don't you operate on Taobao? I've seen similar shops on Taobao too.

Our reply: Hello dear, struggling with frequently creating new shops and handling updates and maintenance on Taobao makes it completely impossible to devote all our energy to service and product quality. We are dedicated to product quality and service, and operating on Taobao is truly too much to juggle. We hope you can kindly understand, my dear!

Why do you not support Taobao?

Our reply: Hello, the amendments to the rules and implementation details for the sale of counterfeit goods on Taobao have officially taken effect. The new rules are stricter and mainly feature two major changes: first, adding a classification for "sellers selling counterfeit or pirated goods where circumstances are serious", which incorporates acts of deliberately concealing or smearing trademarks; second, clarifying the scope of Taobao deleting counterfeit and pirated goods, meaning that violating goods or information previously deleted by sellers will also "not escape their fate". Put simply, Taobao is no longer allowing this.
