[FAQ] How can you guarantee it is a Swiss movement? Can I open the case to inspect the movement?

We are committed to consistency and will never allow a situation where the product received does not match the description. We would never do anything to damage our own reputation.

After receiving the goods, you may take the watch to a repair shop to have a professional inspect it.

You may open the case to inspect the movement, but this must be done after signing for the delivery. Even if we allowed it, the courier would not permit this before signing.

If you do not trust us and are worried about the movement not matching the description, you can choose an exhibition case-back model, which allows you to see the movement without opening the case.
