 I have always been responsible for pre-sales and after-sales service, encountering all kinds of problems, and I have finally got to grips with customer requirements and the operations of the watch industry. Let me share some of my experiences and insights over the past few years, hoping it will help you when purchasing watches.

 1. Regarding quality.

     Customers usually ask: how long can I wear it? Actually, this question is really hard to answer. Some customers wear theirs for seven or eight years without any problems, yet others run into issues after seven or eight days. Alternatively, I would like to ask you in return: how long do you want to wear it?

1If you want to wear it for seven or eight years or more, you should at least consider movements from major domestic factories such as Tianjin Seagull or Shanghai Watch Factory. After all, with decades of technical accumulation, the quality is still reasonably guaranteed. If your budget allows, genuine Swiss movements are the obvious choice.

2If you just want to wear it for two or three years for the style, then an ordinary domestic movement will do, as it is economical and practical.

3Aside from quality, replication accuracy is also very important for replica watches. Replication accuracy is directly proportional to price, make no mistake about it. Mechanical watches under one thousand yuan claimed to have Swiss movements and one-to-one quality—anyone who says that is a liar!

 2. Regarding pricing.

    Customers always ask “Xiaoya, why are your prices on the higher side?” “Xiaoya, why are you more expensive than others?” This question leaves me both helpless and heartbroken.

 On many websites and WeChat, the pictures look very nice, the prices are low, and the styles are attractive. Do you know what kind of quality and workmanship that is? Do you know what movement is inside? Do you know how high the replication accuracy is? Did you know that the genuine model might not even exist? If we really want to compare prices, I dare say that for the same watch, no one can offer a lower price than us. If you don't believe it, come and compare, haha.

 Some customers also say that a Seagull movement (or a Swiss movement) only costs that muchXXXyuan, so selling it for so much is just ripping people off, right?

My friend, greens only cost two or three yuan a catty in the market, so why do restaurants sell them for twenty or thirty yuan a plate? Isn't that a rip-off?

       “Buying with complete clarity and down-to-earth value!” This is how our customers review us.

    If you still feel this is insufficiently convincing, please take a look at the third point: after-sales service. I am sure you will be won over.

 3. Regarding after-sales service.

    Watches, especially mechanical watches, are all about after-sales service. Many people focus purely on price and quality, driving the price down as hard as they can while repeatedly demanding quality assurance.

        It is completely normal for mechanical watches to develop faults; issues like timekeeping errors and stopping intermittently are easy to resolve. If components need replacing, you have to go back to the original seller. WeChat,QQand online watch sellers are actually mostly agents and part-timers.If you follow watch-selling websites, you should know how many of those watch websites you used to find on search engines can still be found today? Can you still contact the seller you bought a watch from previously?

In other words,even if I give you a watch as a gift, if it breaks and cannot be repaired, it is nothing more than useless junk.

    Therefore, when buying a watch, you must find a professional seller with a stable supply and after-sales support, rather than being greedy for a bargain and ending up with a disposable toy.
