1. Kontakt kundeservice, så foretager vi først en indledende vurdering af urproblemet. Kundeservice giver dig derefter vores adresse og forsendelsesinstruktioner, hvorefter du kan sende uret til os (vi beder generelt kunder om at vedlægge en seddel med en beskrivelse af fejlen).

2. Pakken modtages af vores erfarne urmager med 20 års erfaring med urreparationer. Vedkommende vil først inspicere hvert returnerede ur, sammenholde dette med kundens feedback for at sammenfatte problemerne og derefter sende hvert ur til det pågældende værksted til reparation.

3. Når reparationerne på værkstedet er fuldført, sendes uret først tilbage til vores urmager til en afsluttende testrunde for at sikre reparationskvaliteten af hver enkelt del.

4. Til sidst bekræfter kundeservice din adresse med dig og sender det reparerede ur tilbage til dig.
