Sent a watch in for repair, hoping it can be handled promptly for me!

Mainly fancied the lifetime warranty point. Replica watches, you feel no matter how good the quality is, there will come a day when they break. If there isn't a fixed repair location, one really wouldn't know where to go to fix it.

Bought a Panerai here two years ago, smashed the crystal, thanks for helping source a replacement. It is indeed very hard to find matching parts outside, and I'd be too embarrassed to go to an authorised repair shop to fix it.

If it were me, my biggest worries would actually be two things: when can it be fixed, and will it cost money

Previously had an IWC Portuguese Chronograph that stopped running. The repair time was alright, seems to be around two weeks. Mainly after being repaired, the watch could be used normally.

If the after-sales side can really deliver on this, I think I would buy a watch here without hesitation.

What I fear most is when there is an issue with the watch and nobody can be reached.

It is still safer to choose a website when buying watches; you can see their after-sales service is different from WeChat vendors. Previously I just wanted to save money and bought a watch from a WeChat vendor, but as soon as the watch had a problem, the person just ignored me.

Here is a tip for everyone, when buying replica watches, try to choose standard time-only models. If it is a chronograph with multiple functions, the issues will naturally be a bit more frequent. If you really must choose one, try to go for IWC and Audemars Piguet, as the quality is quite good. Having bought over 10 replica watches, I speak from deep experience.

Always thought that when watches were mailed back to you guys, it was you guys repairing them. Turns out they are mailed to the manufacturer, but after looking at the introduction, I feel this is also reasonable, given there are so many replica watch factories, like N Factory, ZF Factory...
