This is because the manufacturer has all the necessary parts and is familiar with the assembly and repair of their own watch models.

After-sales process

1. Contact customer service, and we will first make a preliminary assessment of the watch issue. Customer service will then provide you with our address and mailing instructions, after which you can post the watch to us (we generally ask clients to include a note detailing the fault).

2. The package will be received by our veteran watchmaker with 20 years of watch repair experience. They will first inspect each returned watch, combine this with the client's feedback to collate the issues, and then send each watch to the corresponding workshop for repair.

3. Once workshop repairs are complete, the watch will first be sent back to our watchmaker for a final round of testing to ensure the repair quality of every piece.

4. Finally, customer service will confirm your address with you and post the repaired watch back to you.

We are committed to ensuring the quality of watch repairs, sometimes preferring to spend extra time testing a watch rather than irresponsibly returning an unrepaired timepiece to you.
