Egli ispezionerà innanzitutto ogni orologio ricevuto, combinerà questa analisi con il feedback del cliente per raccogliere le problematiche e invierà quindi ogni orologio al laboratorio corrispondente per la riparazione.

3. Una volta completate le riparazioni in laboratorio, l'orologio verrà prima rispedito al nostro orologiaio per un'ultima serie di test, al fine di garantire la qualità della riparazione di ogni pezzo.

4. Infine, il servizio clienti confermerà il tuo indirizzo e ti rispedirà l'orologio riparato.

Ci impegniamo a garantire la qualità delle riparazioni degli orologi, preferendo talvolta dedicare più tempo al test di un orologio piuttosto che restituirti in modo irresponsabile un segnatempo non riparato.
