Return and exchange policy

Our returns and exchange policy provides you with peace of mind and confidence for a worry-free shopping experience:

 

 Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days of signing for the delivery under the following circumstances 

 

1. The item received differs from the website images and description. (Colour variations caused by lighting conditions are excluded.)

2. The watch has a quality defect 

 

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases 

 

1. Requests made after the valid return/exchange period (the period is within 7 days of signing for the item) 

2. The watch bracelet has been resized or the case is scratched, rendering it unsuitable for resale 

3. Missing accessories (warranty card, watch box, strap, etc.) 

4. Any items not purchased from us (www.Javawatch.cn）销售的产品 

5. The item itself has no quality issues. 

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps: 

 

• Contact us 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call our service hotline 4OOO-49O-6OO or contact our online customer service within 7 days of signing for the delivery. Please provide your order number or relevant order details (recipient name, contact information, etc.) to initiate the request. 

Note: Please follow these instructions strictly. If you return the item without prior communication with our customer service, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. 

 

• Returning the item to us: Once you have contacted us and the return/exchange request is approved, please return the item promptly and observe the following points. 

 

• Important notes for returns and exchanges: 

 

1. Instructions for returning items: After confirming the return/exchange with our service centre, please ensure the item is dispatched via courier to our designated logistics warehouse within 24 hours. 

2. Requirements for returned items: Please ensure the outer packaging and all included accessories are complete when returning the product. 

Special note: Biaoliruyi refuses to accept cash-on-delivery parcels. 

3. Return and exchange shipping fee information: 

(1) Please return the item via standard courier (SF Express, ZJS, or STO are recommended). We will cover up to 20 in shipping costs; any excess shipping fees will be your responsibility. Once the return process is complete, we will refund your shipping expenses via bank transfer or Alipay. 

(2) If the return or exchange is due to our error, all round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us. 

Note: Included accessories include the watch box, box padding, tags, instruction manual, and our delivery note. 

 

• Quality inspection 

Inspection time: We generally complete the quality inspection within 2-7 working days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you in advance if there are any special circumstances. 

 

1. Inspection passed: If the item passes inspection and meets our return/exchange criteria, we will proceed with the return or exchange. The process will be completed within approximately 3 working days after the inspection (excluding time required for stock preparation and testing for exchanges). 

 

2. Quality inspection failed: if the item fails to meet the standards for returns and exchanges during quality control, we will send the original item back to you.
